1. How does the design that you created demonstrate your knowledge of playing card design?
The design is based off an original deck of cards but then edited to match my theme: Places.
2. How would the rest of the deck look? What would you do for the other picture cards? Please describe in detail?
The rest of the deck would continue with the map border. The picture cards would continue the use of popular monuments. The number cards would continue with smaller symbols of places.
3. How does your design demonstrate your knowledge of adobe illustrator?
My design demonstrates my knowledge of Adobe Illustrator because I made use of tools such as the pen tool, reflection tool, livepaint bucket tool,, magic wand tool etc.
4. What do you feel was the most challenging part of this project and why?
The most challenging part was thinking about my deck as a whole and not just solely focusing on one card. By thinking about the deck entirely, it resulted in my cards flowing together nicely and looking put-together.
5. If you can change one requirements what would it be and why?
If I could change one requirement it would be to get to choose your own theme from the select themes that were offered. This would help students be more comfortable and creative with their theme.
